60’s 70’s Yellow Velvet Stripe Maxi Dress

Pretty 1960s-70s yellow maxi dress with brown and green velvet ribbon stripes. So very Victorian/Edwardian style! Dress zips in back and waist ribbon hooks in back as well. Not sure of the main material, but possibly a linen/wool blend or similar? Dress fits like a modern XS or XXS, it was too small for my mannequin and I could not zip it up all the way on her, but the zipper works fine.
