As is. A super cute bag to complete your Spring and Summer looks. The handles are made of vinyl. Turn-key lock works great. The main body of the purse is in excellent condition but the embroidered part looks like it might be missing part of the flower and some of the yarn has come loose, so it's priced accordingly.
