This is a dramatic midi-length circle skirt with an attached taffeta underskirt designed by Smart Set Sportswear. The vintage 1950s skirt is made from sheer material flocked with an ivy vine pattern. The waistband is made of velvet and there is a side zipper with 2 hooks/eyes. There is one small hole in the front and one in the back (see photos) The waist is 29 inches. The length is 28.5 inches.
