Ball Gown White Lace Tulle Handkerchief Hem Gypsy. This is an authentic 1940s gown . The dress is white with an acetate satin dress covered with layers of tulle in a handkerchief hemline . The bodice is ruched in center of bust, it has lace straps and lace across back shoulders, cinched waist and full skirt . There is a metal zipper up the side . The dress is As Isa. It has lightly ragged hemline , a yellowish stain in center of front in top 2 layers of tulle ( not stained through the acetate) . Very wearable ( dyeable) great pattern .
