Women’s pink, acetate and rayon ball gown. This is a romantic gown from the 1940s . The dress has a heavy underdress and a sheer overdress . The bodice is ruched on side ribs, has short cap sleeves, a V neckline, full shirt with ruffles of eyelet lace . There is a metal zipper in the side seam. The condition is wearable, it does have a little bit of discoloration on sleeve ( faint) a mark on back and a small hole. Also a hole in hemline . The gown was measured across and doubled , laid flat .
