Hips - approx 21" across

Rise - 11"

Inseam - 2. 5"

Outseam - 10"

Thigh - 12" across

Condition - There is a pin sized mark on the front. The strap from the buckle has wear where the buckle sat on it. The buckle has rust. There is some fraying at the hem on the inside.
