2000’s Fe Zandi Haute Couture Pale Yellow Strapless Dress & Matching Bolero Jacket

The strapless dress has silk chiffon fabric ruched along the bustline with a long matching scarf hanging down.

The yellow fabric looks like an embossed fabric & has green, gold & silver metallic threads in an abstract pattern.

There is a matching bolero jacket.

The lining is silk.
