CONDITION- Great vintage condition. Clean and sturdy throughout. Worn once lightly, if ever. No noteable flaws.

MODERN SIZE- Woman's M, I would estimate a modern 8 (that 27&1/2 " waist has NO give). Tag is marked a US 12. Mannequin is a ladies S/M 6/7 for reference (it could probably work for someone this size too w/ some minor adjustments).

MEASUREMENTS- 17" shoulder to shoulder, 35" chest, 27&1/2" waist, open hips, 16&1/4" bodice length, 55&1/2" shoulder to hem length, 39&1/2" "skirt" length, 13&1/2" sleeves, 11" "armbands". No stretch to this fabric/ cut.
