This would be the perfect dress for winter with the quilted bottom and soft cozy upper material. It features a tie belt and one pocket! This unique dress is in great overall vintage condition with the only thing to note is there appears to be some slight wear in the shoulders from being on a hanger for many years - although it's not noticeable when worn.
