1969 Pierre Cardin Pink Satin Quilted Space Micro Mini Dress
Stunning pastel pink silk satin straight from the space age visions of Pierre Cardin and his concept of Cosmo Corps dressing. This was his version of what we would be wearing if we lived in space and I must say, it's brilliant!! This piece is a true work of art with quilted details and a micro mini length. Shown on a 5'9 size XS model. There are a few imperfections shown in pictures: discoloration to the lining (not visible when wearing), a few spots on the back of the sleeve (I have not attempted to remove due to the nature of satin), and a slight coming away at the bottom of the back seam. There may be micro snags here and there from the delicate satin, but still an incredible piece and priced with flaws in mind.
