This is a super cute mini and top together. It is in great condition and the colors are bright! The skirt has pleats that are darling. It closes with a zipper and buttons! The top slips over the head and has a darling sailor collar with a bright red bow.

The fabric is a soft cotton/rayon or polyester. It is well made and is in excellent shape.

This outfit could be worn to a party, to school, to the fourth of July, sailing, or just for fun to lunch!
This outfit came from my elderly neighbor's home. She stored this outfit safely for many years and we recently unearthed it and want someone else to shine in it like her daughter did.

There are no tags, but it is from at least the 1960s or 70s. Very quality and well made and cute!

The best fit is probably for a extra small to small.
