One of a Kind, big and bold retro brooch has 40s inspiration, 1940s style, made with 40s pieces, except the base was a red celluloid buckle from the 30s. Another vintage plastic buckle in navy blue. Rhinestone bow on top, which was surely an old brooch. Working steel pin back is better quality. In back, a sparkly decoupaged retro picture. Take it swing dancing! Cute on a hat, AND it works as a scarf slide too! (shown). Or wind scarf around hat, secure with brooch (shown).
