Always an eclectic, a creator and a curator, Progressive Rock recording artist and composer Lisa LaRue has been collecting and dealing in vintage clothing for nearly 40 years. She has operated several brick and mortar shops, most recently Platform 785, and has been featured in several national magazines for her vintage clothing. She specializes in pre-1985 fashions and accessories, and has had numerous items from her inventory chosen for national TV shows, touring musicians, and designers.
"I like to focus on the unique, the quality, and the timelessness," LaRue says.
She is also a photographer, a Native American (Cherokee) basket maker, and an author.
