80’s E. D. Michaels Petites Cottagecore Black Floral dress. This dress has the original belt included, it buttons all the at down the front, has puff sleeves, shoulder pads and an extra large square bib collar. The chest measures 19 inches under arm to under arm and the waist measures 28 inches and the length is 34 inches. Condition is excellent!
