Measures 6" tall by 9.5" wide by 2.25" deep, excluding handle. Drop on handle is 8" when doubled over in the "handbag" position or you can adjust it to shoulder strap length and then it's15" . Fabric is leather embossed to look like alligator with leather lining. Label reads "Penn-Miller". Excellent condition with no damage; there are some darker areas on one side as I've shown in the close-up but to me this comes under the category of natural color variation as it's real leather. I'll let you make up your own mind if it bothers you. . True color is a warm medium brown. Has off-set toggle clasp.
