The skirt is a combination of Red, White, Black Tweed- a la Chanel.

There are faux flap pockets on each hip, athought right below them, there are the real pockets.  The zipper is on the left side of the skirt to help you get in and out of it.  The skirt is fully lined with a slip lining.
